- Free ANOcheck™ (2 minutes). Answer simple questions online. A doctor reviews them and you get a PDF care report on WhatsApp.
- SIT EASY™ care kit. For early piles: Dr. Patel's SIT EASY™ Ayurvedic malam, Gut Safe+ tablets, sitz bath and a diet plan, sent in a plain kraft box.
- Clinic visit and proctoscopy. If bleeding continues, the lump stays out, or ANOcheck™ finds a red flag.

Questions people ask
Piles: common questions
Can piles heal without surgery?
Many early piles (grade 1–2) settle with softer stool, less straining, sitz baths and herbal care. Piles that stay outside or keep bleeding usually need a procedure. The free ANOcheck™ tells you which group you are likely in.
Is piles bleeding dangerous?
A few drops of bright red blood is common with piles, but any bleeding should be checked once by a doctor, especially if you are over 40, the blood is dark, or you have weight loss or a change in bowel habit.
How long does laser piles treatment take?
The procedure itself usually takes 20–40 minutes and most patients go home the same day. Exact details are explained after examination.
Is piles treatment covered by mediclaim?
Yes, piles procedures are generally covered. Sushrut Hospital offers cashless mediclaim with most insurers; share your policy on WhatsApp for a check.
